Nancy Harris, Rehabilitation Counseling Intern

Nancy Harris

Nancy Harris, BA (Psychology, minor in Accounting), is working with us at Quality Life to finish a 600-hr internship to meet final requirements for the master's degree in rehabilitation counseling at the University of Arkansas. Her background includes administration experience with nonprofits (local senior center), accounting (local disability-service agency), and case management (guidance/training) for clients with disabilities and special needs. Ms. Harris is a detail-oriented worker and is adept at problem solving. She is also skilled with information technology/computer software applications, and has experience in fund raising, and event coordination. Nancy has two grown children (son and daughter), two foster sons, and three grandsons. Her hobbies and interests include reading, walking, and playing with her grandchildren. Ms. Harris is looking for consideration for a position in management/directorship of a nonprofit organization in the NW Arkansas area and will be available for employment in August, 2009.
