Walk for Thought

Quality Life is organizing a group that will go down to Little Rock to participate in the Brain Injury Association of Arkansas' 3rd Annual WALK FOR THOUGHT. The event will be held on Saturday, March 15th at 11 am. We want to caravan down with a huge group from Northwest Arkansas. If you would like to participate, please fill out the online pre-registration form and indicate you are part of the team Quality Life Ramblers & Rollers (team captain = Jennifer Featherston). This is a pre-registration form - money will be due the day of the walk. If you sign up before March 5, you will get a t-shirt at check-in.
If you cannot afford the $20 registration fee but want to participate, please contact me. If you cannot attend, but would like to sponsor someone (by paying their $20 registration fee), please let me know. I want to make sure that everyone that wants to participate has the opportunity to do so. We will also be collecting donations for the Brain Injury Association that we will take down and present on the day of the walk.
The course along the Arkansas River is paved and can accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. If you wish to caravan down with the Quality Life Ramblers & Rollers, meet at The Village at Scull Creek at 6:00 am the morning of the walk. As more people register, we will have a better idea of the number going and can work out carpooling. We will eat lunch in Little Rock after the walk and should be back in Fayetteville around 4:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for Northwest Arkansas to show that we are dedicated to supporting individuals with Brain Injuries and their families. Join us! Jennifer Featherston (479) 571-4455
